An Original & Unique Kaleidoscope Design

Designer, Gregg Johnson, is delivering BottleScopes to
collectors demanding the brightest kaleidoscopic images available.

Color is the Reflection of Light

The more light in your object chamber the brighter
the color displayed in your kaleidoscopic image.

Mr. Johnson created this design as, (in most great works of art),
a woman he loves inspired him to create something she likes,
in this case, a new kaleidoscope design.

He created the original design for her from a glass bottle
because it held an industrial and aesthetic fascination for him.
He made his first kaleidoscope with a glass bottle, receiving
kaleidoscope tube materials from Christy Moody of Blue Heron.

Marilee Helmer of Colonial Stained Glass in Marietta GA helped him
fine tune his design of glass beverage bottles, cola, beer, liquor & wine.

You look through the neck with the bottle angled down
at a 45 degree angle between level & straight down.
Rotate the BottleScope and have your kaleidoscopic image twinkle.

His day job, repairing wheel-
chairs, introduced him to a group
of children noticed only for being
in wheelchairs. He gave away
a number of his early creations as
he wanted these children noticed
for having a kaleidoscope rather
than being in a wheelchair.

Gregg's lawyer put an end to
these gifts when he advised him,
Gregg, you have the next
Beanie Baby craze here.
Take & market it.

Now having moved through
marketing & production he offers
two glass BottleScope sizes.

Short & Longneck Crowned BottleScopes
are one style,  the other, Large capped BottleScopes.

Pictured bottles are second hand, with low energy cost to recycle. Pictured bottles may have an image
ownership by their original manufacturer but the pictured bottles are physically owned by the designer.
